Yvonne touched on it in her comment -- just keeping day-to-day stuff like "I woke up today, took a shower, and sat down to breakfast" separate from my other "this is something I just read or saw or watched and this is what I think about it" entries. I know you can't customize it as much as your own site, so if that's what's most important I'd suggest setting up a separate one, either under your other domain name, or maybe just another one of these if all you want to do is keep stuff separate.
