Kid Nation – Episode 6
Oct 29, 2007 That's Hot
Nearly a week late, thoughts and comments…
- No, that’s exactly too bad. Wake your ass up and do some work.
- Does anyone else not see the supposed unibrow?
- I don’t have a big deal with burying garbage, but I wonder if any thought was given to any other recycling/compost options…
- HAH. Yes, Taylor on garbage duty.
- Oh, come on, you stuck-up spoiled little twit, get back here!
- OK, come on, don’t yell at Greg, he’s trying to encourage Guylan.
- Yes, they ARE the boss of you, in this circumstance.
- OK, at least Layla has a little sense, and/or a conscience.
- Someone… please… pop that girl in the mouth. She’s got at LEAST that coming.
- “Oops, my bad.” Seriously. At LEAST that.
- Nice job DK. Taking a leadership role and bringing folks together to help the town.
- And also, nice job to Mike for having some class and doing some work as a “civilian…” though he was working fairly hard to begin with.
- Interesting changeup in the Showdown… it’s quantity-based instead of speed-based.
- Go, Anjay, diving right in!
- No, really, go Anjay, get one already!
- There ya go. Finally.
- They’re playing up a lot of red cans… wonder how this’ll turn out.
- *dead* Headfirst dive for Greg!
- No, Alex didn’t quit. Just took a little too long.
- Told ya Red had a good lead.
- W00t! Reward!
- Wow. Fruits and veggies. How can they not take that?
- “So everybody likes choice number one?” Why is Taylor shaking her head? What’s she want, candy?
- Go karts?
- No choice to me. Produce.
- Yeah, who doesn’t want dune buggies, but you need a balanced diet, too.
- Don’t kid yourself, Taylor, you were going to hate him for the rest of his life anyway.
- Hah! Oh yes, he did just say that. Get to scrubbin’.
- YES. We expect you to not make fruit salad. There are other people assigned to actual cooking. Your job is the dishes.
- NICE. If you’re not working, you’re not getting paid. Excellent work by Zach.
- DK’s totally in Gold Star mode. He’s not taking any crap from anyone. I haven’t seen anyone else this episode put forward anywhere near close to the same effort.
- “Now I can just work like a normal boy or girl here.” Yeah, but you’re not doing any of the work!!!!!
- Oh, here it comes. She’s not on the council anymore, and the town’s letting her have it. This is so long in coming it’s not funny… except it really kinda is.
- “I’ll try…” Oh, you’re very trying.
- DK’s got a point. She needs to be taught a lesson, but being mean isn’t the way to do it.
- Wait, what??? DK wants to go home???
- Come on, Guylan, you can do it. Keep him here.
- YES! Nice job Guylan, and way to stay with it DK! Guess what’s coming.
- Aww. He’s got a cute family.
Back next we– er, later this week.
