He does okay, but he doesn’t really stand out. It sounds a lot like the same performance every week. Other people I thought did better have been eliminated the last two weeks, so there are fewer people to take the fall for him.

Brooke completely missed that song. It's a song about a woman <i>telling</i> another woman to leave her man alone not <i>sheepishly pleading</i> with her. Where was the anger at the other woman for even trying? Brooke is just too nice to sing a song like this. Ramiele was flat out boring. She sounded fine, but it wasn't exciting. Kristy Lee was the same. Sounded fine, but was just uninspiring. I think she could've picked a number of Dolly Parton songs and done better than this. Syesha did well on the "Dolly" part of the song. When she tried to go Whitney, all she proved was she could hold notes for a long period of time. As you said, it was borderline off pitch.
