It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

Seriously. Not only is there a tree, but some gifts have appeared.

If I get ambitious, maybe I’ll take some shots of my decorations from outside the apartment, and/or maybe some of the neighbors or other displays.

There was some snow in the Rochester area back on November 2, though it was all on the ground before I saw it. I woke up today, though, to see my first snowflakes of the season.

As I’m writing this and getting the photo uploaded, it seems to have switched from snow to rain, to rain mixed with snow, then back to snow again. Let’s hear it for Rochester weather.

A happy birthday to my friend-I-haven’t-seen-in-years Shawna! She turns 27 today.

(Yes, that’s what I looked like 3 years ago. Stop laughing.)

There are lots of articles about polls here recently, about who’s going to take what house of Congress. I say take them all (the articles and the polls) with a grain of salt, because ultimately, none of them matter.

The only poll that counts for anything is the one taken by the voting machines tomorrow.
